"We would love to come back here for a longer stay. The resort is beautiful and well-kept. The restaurants inside the hotel are pricey but the food is delicious. For some reason, we were given an accessible room so it wasn’t the usual bathroom, and I wish we had a regular room. Overall, it was a nice and relaxing stay."

"Had a great stay at this budget hotel. The staff were very kind and quickly helped us when we needed any amenities replaced. Convenient location within walking distance to the convention center. The room was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Staff were able to match online prices when I needed to extend my stay. Some reviews mention it being in a sketchy area, but I did not experience anything unpleasant while staying here. The few complaints I have are that the shower door (which made a VERY loud squeaking sound) didn't properly close all the way so water would sometimes splash out and the parking was very limited and full by 5pm if you stay here during a busy weekend. Overall I highly recommend this hotel and would stay again!"

"The property was great. I am disappointed that when I arrived to check in, the front desk agent said I needed to pay for the room upfront on top of the incidental charge. I have never had to pay for a room upfront. When I asked why, all she said was the system required it. 1. It made me feel like your hotel doesn’t trust that I can afford the room or I will pay. 2. Train your employees to have better answers with actual reasons behind it."

"This is a great hotel and we were very happy with our stay. The front desk was great and made check in super fast and easy. The location is great and the pool and outside bar were also something we liked. "

"The Springhill Suite was very convenient for Phoenix Fan Fusion 2025 at the Phoenix Convention Center. Transportation was provided by Springhill to and from the airport for guests that needed. They were in the process upgrading their card entry readers. You could not enter from some of the side doors with your room key card."
