"One of the best hotels I’ve been able to stay at. Honestly I feel like this was comparable to my experience at Little America SLC and the Hotel Lincoln in Chicago.

"Not sure what welcome gift I was supposed to get? The parking situation was a pain, so I decided to use Uber for most of this trip. The walk to Chase Field was longer than I anticipated. It said a 10 minute walk, that wasn't accurate. A walk this long with the Phoenix isn't optimal. Everything else was first class. I thought the parking situation and lack of free parking could be clearer. "
