Coffee in room had not been restocked and only had 1 pouch of decaf available 2. Interior stairwell door handle to the 3rd floor would not release easily and required manipulation to open from stairs to the floor 3. The bottle for conditioning rinse in the shower was empty"

"I only stayed one night to attend a concert; about a five minute ride or twenty minute walk to Simmons Bank Arena. This is a well kept Residence Inn (although seemed somewhat older) in a great location. The room was in immaculate condition when I checked in, as you would expect from a Marriott owned facility. If in Little Rock for an extended stay or business my room had a workable kitchenette, a couch area to relax and watch TV and a sizeable desk to get some work done. The bed was clean and...
