"Nothing with the owner. The construntion of the building is very thin and if you are trying to sleep in after a long drive. You feel that the all the cleaning, walking and talking is in your unit. The property is great. Well located. The renters are awesome. "

"First off, the location of my stay was incredible! Walking distance to shopping outlets, fast food, and even restaurants which was an amazing! From the booking, to checking in, and checking out, it was all a breeze, communication between the host and I was consistent, and no delay if there was any problems. Cleanliness of the property was decent, just normal wear and tear that you could except."

"It's a very nice place. The location is awesome besides the very loud construction next door. There's a Whole Foods right down the street and some shops too. I really enjoyed the apartment itself. "The apartment was nice, good location, bigger than expected, and the building has many amenities like gym, pool, grills, lounge that are very good. But the apartment was extremely dirty, all of it, kitchen, carpet, night table, closet, sheets, Flor, etc There was no toilet paper when I got there, one, one of the 2 towels was soaked, no shampoo or soap. I think is the worst experience that I've ever had staying at an apartment."

"When we arrived the room smelled like smoke and there was water on the floor from the AC unit. It took a few days to get the AC unit fixed. The smoke smell was there through out our stay even though we had the windows open. I am guessing this was a smoking room when it was a Hilton Hotel. Otherwise, great location and a good property."

"Great little house. Very clean and well stocked. Loved the multi-game arcade! Plenty of room inside. Heads up, no TVs in the bedroom but it was no problem for us. Very quiet and safe neighborhood in Tempe. Close to downtown Tempe, campus, restaurants, groceries, etc. this place is part of a one story, multi unit house but is extremely quiet and did not feel attached to anything. The owner was very responsive and communicative. Would definitely stay here again."

"Great location, close to major Hwys and connecting streets. Nice residential neighborhood. Easy access to numerous Spring Training Stadiums. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Only issue was the height of the bed. It could be difficult for some elderly persons or those with hip/knee issues to get in/out of the bed. There is a step stool in the bedroom closet that I used throughout my stay to do so."

"The apts need to be renovated. Cupboard doors are missing in units, smell of sewage as the traps and lines need flushed, bathroom spouts are corroded with line and won’t correctly operate. The units are clean but in disrepair."
