"Had a great time! One of the members on a golf cart sent us in the wrong direction so we walked halfway across the property carrying all of our bags with a toddler just to find out we were right next to our room to start with. Other than that, the room was pretty clean. The shower needed some grout scrubbing but that’s it. We will absolutely be back!! "

"Didn't have an ice machine near by, they were cleaning the sewer one of the days and didn't smell good. Hot tub didn't work one of the evenings. Smoking was allowed in the pool area which we didn't care for since we have children. Didn't sleep well on the uncomfortable pull out mattress. I had to get more blankets to try to cushion it. . Great staff, friendly, and helpful. "

"Place was nice to stay. It was extremely hot. The AC was set at 68 but the room never got that cold The coldest we got was around 70 and we even asked for a fan. This was my only issue. The rooms are a little outdated. "

"Room cleaned and restocked everyday. Friendly staff. The only surprise was that since it’s older hotel there are no elevators and I was on the second floor with a giant luggage bag. Also additional daily cost for parking, self parking and valet cost the same amount and the valet team was very quick. "

"The property is a like a serene desert botanical garden. Food and service is top notch. "

"What a beautiful place. Definitely an old money low key vibe. Spanish colonial architecture. Winding paths across the landscaped grounds, lots of little nooks and cranny’s. Pool and hot tub was 24/7 which is nice when you arrive late. Poolside service was attentive."

"Great property. Have come here twice for a conference. The banquet food is always great. It's an easy venue to get around. The rooms are super spacious. Very pleasant stay. Enjoyed sitting out on my patio at night and looking at the palm trees!"

"The apts need to be renovated. Cupboard doors are missing in units, smell of sewage as the traps and lines need flushed, bathroom spouts are corroded with line and won’t correctly operate. The units are clean but in disrepair."
