It was very peaceful and relaxing and there were lots of interesting places in the area to visit. So if you are looking for a relaxing place in a beautiful part of Italy we would definitely recommend staying here, we had a fab time."

"Disappointing experience for us. House is moist, really strange lay-out. Low sealings in many rooms. Old furniture which is not comfortable. Bathroom dated, and not well maintained. Offensive art on the wall. Etc etc. on the plus, supporting staff really friendly. And location and view really nice."

"My party found Angela and Andrea to be ethical, honest and above all welcoming. Angela gave us a list of great local restaurants. What we wanted was to eat locally and get a feel for the country. Pitigliano is a wonderful local, rich in history going back 3,000 years to the Etruscans. Multiple Forts, Castles and Hot Springs are all within 10 miles of the Villa. "We had a glorious week here with our 3 teenage children. The villa is very comfortable and has everything you need for a wonderful stay. Fabrizio was very helpful whenever we needed anything. It is close to the lake and the pool is lovely, so you can find lots to do or just relax at the villa. "After the hustle and bustle of Rome, this was a perfect countryside getaway. The views from the home were stunning and the town of Tarquinia absolutely charming. We ventured to the hot springs about an hour away and upon our return viewed the Tuscan landscape. Great experience overall. Highly recommend !"

"Hotel VILLA AQUAVIVA This is our second time in 2 years staying at this property. The location it's perfect if you want to go to SATURNIA TERME IL MOLINO. (5 Min drive). Also very close to a beautiful little town, and 30 minute drive to PITIGLIANO. The grounds for the property it's just gorgeous, you are staying in the middle of vineyards, Amazing views, from every angle of the property. Breakfast included, was very good, and the personal attention of the Staff, was great. Rooms are kind of small (specially the bathroom and shower) but super clean and a very comfortable bed. Parking it's included at the property We Will come back next time we will be in Italy. "
