It was very peaceful and relaxing and there were lots of interesting places in the area to visit. So if you are looking for a relaxing place in a beautiful part of Italy we would definitely recommend staying here, we had a fab time."

"We can hardly put it into words how great this vacation was. With a group of 13 people we were there for 10 nights. The salt pool, which was cleaned every day, was an oasis of relaxation. A bar right next to the pool was ideal to mix our homemade cocktails and we could enjoy them right by the pool (big fridge!!) "Disappointing experience for us. House is moist, really strange lay-out. Low sealings in many rooms. Old furniture which is not comfortable. Bathroom dated, and not well maintained. Offensive art on the wall. Etc etc. on the plus, supporting staff really friendly. And location and view really nice."

"My party found Angela and Andrea to be ethical, honest and above all welcoming. Angela gave us a list of great local restaurants. What we wanted was to eat locally and get a feel for the country. Pitigliano is a wonderful local, rich in history going back 3,000 years to the Etruscans. Multiple Forts, Castles and Hot Springs are all within 10 miles of the Villa. "We had a glorious week here with our 3 teenage children. The villa is very comfortable and has everything you need for a wonderful stay. Fabrizio was very helpful whenever we needed anything. It is close to the lake and the pool is lovely, so you can find lots to do or just relax at the villa. The only things I would highlight are that the WiFi is quite unstable and not great (but this didn’t bother us at all) and the downstairs bedroom (master bedroom) does not have air con. "After the hustle and bustle of Rome, this was a perfect countryside getaway. The views from the home were stunning and the town of Tarquinia absolutely charming. We ventured to the hot springs about an hour away and upon our return viewed the Tuscan landscape. Great experience overall. Highly recommend !"

"The property was amazing, the staff were the most helpful of all the places we visited in Spain and Italy on our trip. I didn’t know we needed a car to visit this area and transport was arranged and the owner himself picked us up and dropped us off for a reasonable fee. This is a must see area. "

Rejuvenated!

"Overall, we had a fantastic stay. It was a wonderful way to celebrate my birthday. The food was pricey but delicious. They had a great spread for breakfast and we left every meal full and happy. We also had a couples massage that was wonderful. They really listened to our preferences and gave great massages (one deep tissue and one Swedish massage). 10/10 recommend coming here at least once. We hope to return!"

Great property, will come back on our next trip

"Hotel VILLA AQUAVIVA This is our second time in 2 years staying at this property. The location it's perfect if you want to go to SATURNIA TERME IL MOLINO. (5 Min drive). Also very close to a beautiful little town, and 30 minute drive to PITIGLIANO. The grounds for the property it's just gorgeous, you are staying in the middle of vineyards, Amazing views, from every angle of the property. Breakfast included, was very good, and the personal attention of the Staff, was great. Rooms are kind of small (specially the bathroom and shower) but super clean and a very comfortable bed. Parking it's included at the property We Will come back next time we will be in Italy. "

Fabulous

"A lovely relaxing place to stay. The scenery is stunning, the staff very welcoming and friendly. We went at the start of the season so very quiet, instead of buffet breakfast and dinner everything was made to order - think there was only one other couple staying. The food was excellent a 4 course meal made to order was only €30 for 2 people. Can’t recommend more highly ❤️"
