It was very peaceful and relaxing and there were lots of interesting places in the area to visit. So if you are looking for a relaxing place in a beautiful part of Italy we would definitely recommend staying here, we had a fab time."

"We had a lovely stay thanks to Stella and family’s hospitality and well-kept home. We were two families with kids ranging in age from 9-13 - they didn’t want to leave! Why would you want to with a beautiful pool, horses, dogs, kitties and more?? Plenty of room and then some at this sprawling villa with loads of character. "We can hardly put it into words how great this vacation was. With a group of 13 people we were there for 10 nights. The salt pool, which was cleaned every day, was an oasis of relaxation. A bar right next to the pool was ideal to mix our homemade cocktails and we could enjoy them right by the pool (big fridge!!) Entertainment is provided with a giant golf course, soccer field, a pizza oven that was actually turned on for us by the house keeper so we could make pizza. 8 km away is the beach which...

"Disappointing experience for us. House is moist, really strange lay-out. Low sealings in many rooms. Old furniture which is not comfortable. Bathroom dated, and not well maintained. "After the hustle and bustle of Rome, this was a perfect countryside getaway. The views from the home were stunning and the town of Tarquinia absolutely charming. We ventured to the hot springs about an hour away and upon our return viewed the Tuscan landscape. Great experience overall. Highly recommend !"

"House is very old with rustic features but we were very disappointed that there was no dishwasher, microwave or toaster as described in the facilities plus there was no kettle. There are also very steep old stone steps to the first floor which are not suitable for very young children or elderly people. "We had a glorious week here with our 3 teenage children. The villa is very comfortable and has everything you need for a wonderful stay. Fabrizio was very helpful whenever we needed anything. It is close to the lake and the pool is lovely, so you can find lots to do or just relax at the villa. "My party found Angela and Andrea to be ethical, honest and above all welcoming. Angela gave us a list of great local restaurants. What we wanted was to eat locally and get a feel for the country. Pitigliano is a wonderful local, rich in history going back 3,000 years to the Etruscans. Multiple Forts, Castles and Hot Springs are all within 10 miles of the Villa.
