"The stay was a very nice experience, very responsive to any questions we had and even checked in on is to make sure we were comfortable and if help was needed from them in any way… house was nicely put together and very secured. We had no complaints and would suggest this place to people looking to stay closer to the downtown area"

We were also unlucky that on our last night the guests in the other half of the duplex were loud until 2am and since the walls are thin, we could not sleep half of the night.Location, safe parking at the back and affordability are the big pros.Hovewer on first night only 1 parking space was avialable, on the second night only 1 spot was taken.The rooms are pass-through. "We booked this property because it was within walking distance to the State Fairgrounds. We had 2 couples splitting this property so the layout worked great for us. The property could use some much needed maintenance though. There are many doors that didn't close for different reasons and some of them had to be wedged shut for privacy. The washing machine did not work, I reached out to the owner through text and the VRBO app and never got a response so we had to go to a laundromat which took up...
