"It's right off 35 and local to everything. Cute cafe next door. The photos online are AGED. Don't come here thinking it looks like that. Front desk check in was quick and easy! Friendly! Overgrown vegetation outside, pool closed up. We found a needle cap when we parked. Maybe diabetic? Either way we went up to our room. The door is at an angle so there's a little space when closed but it closed and locked. There was writing on the wall- someone wrote Ben and an L behind the door so possible...

"Couple of dead flies in the corner of the room. Saw 2 live cockroaches over 4 days, clearly dazed from insecticide because they didn't try to run. Some mold on the bathroom walls but shower head and floor were clean. Room door does not fully seal, small amount of rain pooled on the floor as a result. You can hear all of the highway traffic too but the hotel is literally right off I-35 so that's to be expected. Had to ask for new room key after 2 nights when it suddenly stopped working. Staff...
