In their defense we were told that the property was just sold to an independent so renovations are in the works. The company that owned it before was horrible but it is the closest hotel to the football stadium. I just hope things are better by next visit.

I checked into my room and immediately checked right out. As we approached the elevator, we noticed the destroyed flooring that was covered up with a measly floor mat. Once we accessed the room we were in disbelief. The bathroom curtain has mold on it, the clean bed sheets are stained and had crumbs all over. The grounds and conditions of the hotel look nothing like it did on the hotel website.

The staff was very friendly but the place itself was horrible. There was graffiti on the walls of the hotel, a hole on the elevator floor which was just covered with a floor mat, there was trash cans in every corner inside the hotel which the trash was overflowing, in the room there was a cockroach on the bed that i ended up removing. I could never stay at this hotel ever again.

We didn’t realize when we booked this property was so old and in dire need of updating. The lobby elevator had cracked, broken and uneven tiles that is a trip hazzard. The Staff was fine. The cleaning crew has a huge challenge making the room feel clean and fresh. The mattress looked very worn. The walkways and outdoor parking area are dirty. We heard outside traffic noise, pet noises guests noise even though our door locked it did not seal. We would not stay at this property again.

I shouldve believed the reviews when I booked, but thought that it couldnt be that bad, but yes it can. It had the layout of a motel but was much more run down. It was a place to sleep so I guess it served its base purpose, but not a nice one.

On the first day we got there one of the staff members opened our door to our room twice in the same day without knocking. Front desk were nice. This place needs a lot of work pool had no water in it only one elevator working the one working the tile on the floor was cracked and had a rubber mat covering it. The stairwell were not clean at all. Would not recommend this place needs a lot of work.

We only stayed one night, but compared to others La Quinta this was left subpar. You get what you paid for. Room was clean enough. It looks like they are remodeling but not. Plaster on floor. Door was missing upper lock. There was pee in the stairway. It said non smoking but the smoke was still there. One night stay was good since it was close enough to the concert venue. Parking was good you had to pay but not too bad. The rooms were clean. The pee in the stairwell was the grossest part for me. I know its Austin but ewww!

I had made a reservation 5 to 6 months prior and when I was heading to the hotel they cancelled my reservation,lucky they still had rooms but they charged me even more than I was expecting, mind you I had a discount from the Expedia app (which sadly wasn't gonna work anymore) .The building was ok , the lobby smelled like humidity and it was poorly kept , the elevators were damaged and barely worked. The parking was ok but expensive (40 dollars for two nights that's ridiculous), Jon was very helpful with everything we had questions about. The rooms were clean except the toilet , there was a weird humidity smell. The employees looked were welcoming It was in a good area and it was very close to where I was heading , very secure and very quiet.
