The staff was so nice but the room was mediocre. The tv was on when I got to the room, but there was no remote. I had to go to the desk to get one. Which, the staff was so sweet, but it was almost 1am and I was tired and wanted the tv turned off. There was a party somewhere near my room. I could hear music and squeals throughout the night. At 6am, someone was pounding on the door next to mine and it scared the daylights out of me. I wasnโ€™t able to get back to sleep after that, so I checked out and went on with my day. If the staff hadnโ€™t been so great, Iโ€™d have complained. But I know it isnโ€™t their fault.

A good place to stay for a night

The stay at this location was fairly well. It's near I-35 and with a lot of stores nearby. The only thing that felt sketchy was the amount of random people just hanging out outside that weren't part of the hotel.

Great room, not so great wi-fi

I enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The only negative was that the wi-fi connection was very poor and internet access was spotty and extremely slow.

It seemed as if some of the security lights and cameras were in need of repair. Fortunately I was able to park near my room and in a very well lit area. Some areas of the building and parking lot are in total darkness. Overall, a good place for a nights rest. Vending machines near office are clean and well stocked with a variety of items, from snacks/drinks, to toiletries and health items.
