"Everything was great about the property except for pretty aggressive guy at the concierge desk. We asked him about nearby shopping and he was very aggressive in hustling a fake designer shop where apparently he gets commission."

"the hotel is excellent. The staff is very friendly. Rooms are spacious with very good amenities. Some recommendations to make it better. In the breakfast area, juice should not be prefilled into cups but in a big bottle where guests can fill themselves. Add a station to cook eggs and add more diversity of croissants, etc. "

"AMAZING PROPERTY! We booked and it was so late we had to check in at 1am. Manager was nice enough and had us check in at that time. She made a huge difference for us since we were able to sleep and explore the city in less than 24 hours. Breakfast is totally worth it and so abundant in choices. Facilities are spectacular and I will definitely return to this hotel during NYE later this year. I loved the location, super central to many spots. Room service was on point too. :) "
