"Clean room, staff was nice! Plus it’s not super expensive for a room! We will be staying here again in the future!"

"The property was remodeled and had fresh paint and carpet. It was not very soundproof though. We could hear people talking and going in and out of their doors."

"Nice place, only downfall was that the elevators went out overnight. Thus we had to lug our suitcases down the stairs. But everything else was great."

"Excellent stay. Especially for this reasonable price point. I’ve stayed at higher priced hotels that had less friendly service. Not only was the staff very helpful at this Best Western was so clean, quiet, great shower pressure and shower head. I would definitely stay here again."

"The staff was rude, I booked a night for my son who was there for a job interview. Because I booked the room, they wanted him to produce verification for me since the card was in my name. My son had no phone so asked the clerk if he could use their phone to call me and I could verify and the clerk refused. He then asked the clerk if he could call and he refused. "Very clean and cozy beds! The breakfast here is one of the best I’ve ever had at any hotel! On weekends though it doesn’t start until 7am. We were up super early so it would have been nice if it started at 6am. No complaints on anything else."

"While the property is in need of a facelift, the mattress was very comfortable! The bedding in our room was yellowed and didn’t smell clean. I called the front desk to get new pillowcases, but was told the office was locked. 🤔The towels were very thin but clean. The breakfast area was nice and food was ok! The motel is next to a busy train track with trains running all night. I must say at least the price was good!"

"Clean quiet rooms, wonderfully nice staff, decent breakfast and wonderful bar. I would absolutely stay again. Parking is free, but can get crowded on the weekends during Marshall events. Plentiful amount local restaurants."

"Pros: staff and dog friendly Cons: not clean, not kept up, bathroom door broken, toilet rocked, shower looked dirty, bathroom sink cracked, AC barely worked, sat something in front of door because it didn't feel secure, infested with stink bugs and had spiders"

"Helpful staff, clean hotel, stay here if in the area"

"Nice staff"

"Clean room. Helpful staff. I did not eat breakfast or use the kitchen. My dog enjoyed the stay as well."
