"The shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom were empty. They are the large pump bottles and attached in the shower. I contacted the front desk and was told that it would be taken care of. It was not. I am handicapped and was told that I would have to park in the garage. Most hotels advise the guest at check in that a hold will be placed for incidentals. This hotel placed the hold but I was never verbally told that a hold was being placed nor the amount. I have stayed at this property since it opened many years ago but after this stay I think that I will not return. It is still nice but the customer service has degraded quite a bit."

"This property looks nice on the outside but our room smelled so musty and the carpet was damp our allergies kicked up during the night. The toilet was hard to flush and overall the facility needed to be updated. Overall not a good experience. We stayed the first night of the three night reservation and then checked out. Expedia handled getting out of the reservation and the Days Inn staff was cooperative and helpful. Bad choice and we will not go back there."

"The pool was not opened for use. The room smelled like people chain smoked in it for a month straight. We had to buy a can of air freshener and leave the door open. The floor was filthy. We could feel the grit beneath our feet and the bottom of our socks turned black. They definitely needed to perform maintenance, especially the rust and calcium build up in the tub. DON'T drink the tap water; it's terrible tasting. There was trash on the ground around the property. The pillows were like plastic bags with stuffing, they crinkled when we moved our heads. The only "real" pillow on each bed was past it's time. The WiFi connection was terrible, so I had to use my phone as a "hot spot". It's cheaper than other hotels I found in the area, but I would recommend spending the extra cash to get better accommodations. This was a last minute trip and we were tight on money, otherwise I'd have booked something different. The best I can say is it served it's purpose. We were out of the weather and had somewhere to sleep and bathe. The location was very close to everything we needed at least."

"We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back! The cabin was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. One thing we really appreciated was that firewood was already provided for the fire pit, which made relaxing in the evenings so easy.The attention to detail throughout the property was excellent. Everything was clearly labeled, including the remotes for the outdoor lights and bedroom, and the detailed instructions made it simple to settle in and enjoy our stay. The bed was also exceptionally comfortable, and everything felt fresh and clean.The only minor issues we noticed were a small ant problem around the window seal near the oven and some wasps around the hot tub during the daytime. However, the wasps were not an issue once the sun went down and neither concern significantly impacted our stay.Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay, and we would highly recommend it to others. We hope to return again this fall or winter!"

"This property looked questionable from the outside as it was in an industrial area but it was great. Inside was homey and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the whole place was clean. Communication with the host and hostess were easy and accurate. I would stay again."
