Judging from the ceiling, there had been an extensive leak at some point, which is probably why the one room smelled like mildew. It also was 8-10 degrees hotter than the adjoining room, despite having the air conditioner on full blast."

"The room was great! Looked updated, clean, comfortable, no complaints about the room. Hallways looked like they were due for an update, but hey, I was not sleeping in the hallway. Water park needed a good cleaning and some TLC. Nice slide. Looked like it was well used. Considering this was $100 less than other hotels I was looking at, I would book again. Withing walking distance of Mayflower and Mill is right across the street. Location was good! "

"This was a wonderful sta. We were only here for a few days visiting Cape Cod. The hotel is very clean. The men at the front Clifford and Robert are the best! They have of great insight on where to go and what to see as well as the best places to go. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Very much worth the price! Good size rooms, nice bath, very clean, 4 pillows not just 3 per bed! More USB port would be nice, but there's ample number of standard outlets. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others. "

"I might have wrongly judged this property because of the "motel" vibes. It was so clean, felt updated, and I can't speak more highly about the owners. They were patient and kind, and you can tell that they truly care about their guests' experiences there! We were able to walk to the ports, which made our day trips to the islands much easier. And, Hyannis, itself was so much fun and I will recommend this property to anyone considering a trip to the cape/islands!"
