"Check in was easy - we came over on the 6am ferry and arrived well before check-in time. We chilled on the outdoor patio until front desk staff arrived, and they held our bags in the front office while we went for our scuba dive. When we arrived back at the hotel a few hours later, we picked up our keys and found that our bags had already been put in our room. Room was very comfortable, clean, and had the full kitchen that we expected. Nice view of the harbour from the deck and quiet location....

"Aloha, we are seniors thus the 2 flights of stairs with luggage was a bit difficult. Staff did not offer to help. Hours are not accommodating, as coffee in morning is not served till after 8am. Other than that everything else was great. Nice room, clean bathroom easy access to town and quiet. "

"The Customer Service was gracious. We arrived at 11am, and our check in was 3pm, and because our room was ready, they allowed us early check in upon our arrival. They also allowed us to leave our luggage there after checkout until time for our departure on the ferry. Thumbs UP!"

Great little hotel
