"We arrived at the Bob W Rome in Testaccio after an exhausting day/night of traveling from the USA. We were immediately greeted by Kunal. He had a very welcoming demeanor and a bright smile. Kunal was extremely attentive to us and allowed us to receive an early check in. This was above and beyond the level of customer service we'd expect. Kunal assisted us throughout our entire stay. He scheduled an early morning pickup for us and completely surprised me at breakfast by wishing me a Happy Birthday. His level of service deserves to be recognized."

"Our first time in Rome and glad we stayed here instead of city center. There are several restaurants and bars nearby and yet our room was quiet (which was much appreciated). Staff was helpful and rooftop bar was a nice touch for apertivo or night cap. Hotel smells lovely too Would stay again! Minor inconvenience: parking but we were directed to nearest parking garage. We tried to order room service two days in advance row but they never brought us the card to order in advance even when we went to the front desk to ask for one. Our room faxed the courtyard which I would’ve changed if we stayed more than our 2 nights bc I’m claustrophobic but it worked well for the quiet."

"The rooms were clean the linens and towels were fine and most importantly clean. My issues with the rooms and hallway was the fact that the walls were dirty they could have used a good painting and the floors the rugs were stained and dirty. I kept airing out my room because it had a damp smell to it and it wasn’t pleasant Bathrooms were clean but for someone so short getting in and out of the tub even being younger was very hard. Over all the staff was helpful, I went down several times for coffee and was always taken care of not to mention they make a great cappuccinos they are next door to a shop that sells coffees and pastries, small Sandwiches and fresh squeezed oj I would definitely use this property again. Very affordable and an easy 30 minutes to the center of Rome by car or bus, and 30 minutes to the international airport."

"Fantastic! Also very close to the Metro station (Metro Line B) so getting into the main city of Rome is very easy. I visited all the popular places without any issues. If I ever visit Rome again. I’m definitely going to stay in this hotel again. I thought I had booked with breakfast though when I booked on Expedia. Unfortunately I was told I had not booked breakfast so I paid for it while checking out. Nonetheless, great breakfast and supper. I just hope they get more gym equipment in the future."
