"Where do I start. We arrive at the hotel and are told that we don't have a room. We told to go look somewhere else as there was nothing they could do. "The room was definitely not as good as the pictures made it look. We got a room with two beds. One of the beds had ants in it! The bathroom had a bathtub, but as soon as you turn on the water, the bathroom floods because the tub is just for show... the drain is in the middle of the bathroom. we didn't take a shower.
