After enjoying the complimentary breakfast, that offered anything you would want, we easily walked to all major city sites/attractions. "The shower was broken. I told the concierge on the first day, and after 4 nights there it was still not fixed. It floods past my ankles and sprayed everywhere and the shower head kept falling. Additionally, my water bottles were not replaced daily (even after leaving a note asking the cleaning person). I had to ask multiple times for more toiletries. Very clean though and beautiful property. Just a little "grey gardens-y""

"We stayed here for the Hungarian Grand Prix. The Hotel is in a lovely quiet street near the castle and 5 mins walk from the chain bridge. The rooms are good sized, clean and the bed was huge and so comfortable. The staff, every single member we met were exceptional, helpful and even went above and beyond to sort us out transfers to the Hungaroring daily and airport. "We love this place. We had a room that looks directly to the Parlament, what a treat! Take a walk and take pictures in the fisherman spot before all the tours are coming. The roof top bar has the best views, its very cool place, but very expensive and the kids that run the facility have an attitude. Didn't enjoy that Restaurants around have very good food, like the 21 for dinner and Buda Cafe for breakfast. Also there is a nice supermarket within 4 min walk"

"The property was exactly as it said it would be. Spacious, comfortable and right in the centre of Budapest, with easy access to all the sights. Richard and Noel were very helpful hosts, nothing was too much trouble. The sofa in the apartment was very dirty and the mirror had little child finger prints on it from previous guests. Other than that it was perfect."
