"The hotel is mostly clean and modern. The staff is very nice. We had an issue with bathroom shower door … which couldn’t be resolved and had to change rooms, twice. The staff tried to accommodate but their suite is not designed for 3 adults, so bedroom has a nice king size bed, but in the living room it’s just a couch (not reclining, so for very short person) and they can bring a rollaway bed which is super uncomfortable. First floor has a nice high calling, 5th floor is like at attic with very low ceiling. Some rooms have steps…. Also curtains had stains. "

The breakfast which was included in our package was excellent with a wide variety of good, fruit, juices and coffees. We would definitely stay here again if / when we have the opportunity."

"Central hotel close to most tourist attractions and airport bus link. Clean, comfortable room with good shower. Excellent breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. Overall a lovely place to stay in Budapest."
