"The interior of the villa is rustic with a very welcoming wood burning fireplace which was tended by the caretaker morning and night. There were two fully equipped kitchens, one inside and one outside. There were plenty of dishes and utensils for large group of people. The ground is lovely and large and in spite of the location of the property which is out of the beaten track we felt very safe. "Checkin was a little difficult but once we got there it was incredible! It's a little far from wverytbjnf but it wasn't a problem as we had a car. It's a little hot despite having one AC upstairs. The major con to this place is directly over the fence there is a RV park shower/hangout area. Every night for 5 nights they are very loud until 3/4 am."

"This villa is perfect for a family stay, total 5 bedrooms in the main house and 1 bd/ba in a separate house. We stayed in April and our pool was heated, we enjoyed swimming even though it was cool weather. Location is very nice. 3 very good restaurants in walking distance. We were going to Cefalu quite often for lunch/dinner and beach. Huge backyard for kids to run around and play structures. 2 large outdoor tables for alfresco eating."

"Fabulous 3 villas set in gorgeous gardens. Ideal for large family group of 15. Lovely owner who popped in every morning, but never intrusive. Treated us to pizza on first day and delicious croissants during the week. He didn’t speak English and we didn’t speak Italian, but we managed with languages app and sign language! Amazing pool area ideal for relaxing holiday. Highly recommend this booking."
