Beautiful frescoes in the crypt of the the church of the Matrice Vecchio in Castel Buono. Most people just go to the castle but this church is worth a visit. The crypt is covered in Frecoes showing the cruxifixction, the death and the resurrection of Christ.

"This apartment is in a nice quiet town and well equipped with an excellent shower and bathroom. The hostess was kind to collect us from the station. Unfortunately there is no bus to Campofelice to meet the train arrivals but perhaps this will happen one day. Lovely view from the upper floor balcony over the sea."

"Das Haus ist sehr schön und hat eine gute Lage. Die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung. Was allerdings fehlt, sind ausreichend Kleiderschränke, so mussten wir aus dem Koffer leben. Der Empfang durch die Agentur war suboptimal, daher Punktabzug. Wir hatten Tage vor unserer Ankunft versucht, den Mitarbeiter vor Ort zu erreichen, der immer beschäftigt war und uns abwimmelte. Irgendwann war er dann bereit, aber leider wollte er die "Lagedaten" ausschließlich per WhatsApp senden, was niemand von uns...
