"Location was good for price, walk down to the beach is smooth on way up you feel it more as it is up hill and a few stairs. Well lit at night. Breakfast served which was good, staff super friendly however the area for breakfast was right near our room and walls were not sound proofed enough so got woken by the noise. "we stayed two nights in a one BR suite on third floor. We had a view of the city, cathedral, and large bluff behind it, was very interesting. But we were also steps from a large terrace overlooking the seaward side. The room was nice, and the staff very helpful in securing a dinner reservation at a unique place, with great food. "One of the best properties that we stayed at in Sicily! The room was very new and modern, and extremely clean. "First thing to say is you'll probably need a car as it's about a 40 minute walk to Castelbuono - and coming back is quite steep walking. The upside of that is you are in a very tranquil location. It's idlyllic. Hardly a sound apart from birdsong and the occasional gentle charming clang of a cowbell as (presumably) some nearby cows were being led out to pasture I booked this place because its advert focused on tranquility - and it really lived up to that.
