Extraordinary stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome, and the property was simply beautiful. The service was exceptional, and every detail made our stay special. What makes the difference is the staff, they make you feel welcomed and are very helpful. Admittedly the fist impression was a bit off. We typically stay in major chain hotels and our initial impression was that the location would not workout for us. However this quickly faded and our stay was quite pleasant. For a small hotel, this has the feeling of a large luxury resort. The staff were so welcoming and couldn’t do enough to make us feel welcomed and at home. I was truly so pleasantly surprised by this place and would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to the beautiful Lake Como. No need for water views; this hotel has everything you could ever want.

The staff was amazing. The location of the hotel is amazing in front of the lake. They are very helpful. They arranged all our trips. They arranged for us a boat trip around Lake Como. This is a beautiful hotel with a full delicious breakfast buffet of hot foods and ham, cheeses, etc. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious and it’s located on the waterfront. The staff is very friendly and helpful. A wonderful location next to restaurants and old churches. Absolutely stunning views. Love Como.
