"When we arrived at BW in Eureka Springs, there was no power in the city due to storms and tornadoes. Pam at the front desk was friendly and welcoming, despite the stress of no electricity. She led us to our room with a flashlight, and opened our room with her management key, just reminding us to check in next morning to receive our own keys. Couldn't believe she was still so calm and hospitable amidst the weather crisis."

"This is an old property. We were there for a wedding and power went out. We checked out early and hotel gave us credit for one night. The best thing about hotel is the staff. They made reception happen for the wedding. Staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable."

"We had a crazy weekend in Eureka Springs at this hotel. We were woken in the middle of the night with tornado sirens, and the owner looked after all of us. Hotel was very biker friendly and kept supplies ready for us all the time. "
