"Our biggest issue was that our keys never worked! Like ever! Outside doors,or, room doors. The keys would just unprogram or would be programed but still wouldnt open the doors. Im patient typically, but it definitely got a bit annoying when you were parked in the far back and had to get back in the car or walk around just to get inside. There was a guy there that ran and opened the door and ran down and got us new keys one night. He was very sweet to do so, as we were exhausted. ** Breakfast was really good. Room was clean."

"Room was clean. They had a dance while we were there, so when we came back from our event, there was no parking and when we fid find a spot, it was outback in some small lot, unlit area, and we were no where near our room and got lost trying to find it. Fire alarm went off 3 times during the evening. Couldn’t get the TV to work. Had to call to have someone get it to work. No hot tub, pretty sure Expedia’s listing said they had one. Located right by a Starbucks. close to the “ranch” facility. Not far from other shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was solid. Not sure we’d lstay there again. "

"Staff was few and far to be found. Evening gal was extremely rude! Was on her phone on FaceTime that was sitting propped up in the food,with her partner that was nothing but foul mouthed. She could care less she had people waiting at the counter! "

"Rooms and hotel was nice. Staff was non-existent. Breakfast was one of the worst I have had."
