"It was definitely Old School since bathrooms are shared but that is part of what makes it so special! Each room does have a sink. Now the newer section of the Old Faithful Inn has full bathrooms for each room. Loved the experience!"

"Parking was really crowded. Was in Ryolite across from Washburn. Need coffee in Ryolite, plus extra restroom."

"Bathrooms were very dirty. Some of the heaters did not work in the wagons."

"The location and price were just what we were looking for."

"Staff was friendly. Room was clean but not updated. The location was what you’re paying for. Felt overpriced. If this hotel was not in Jackson Hole they would be charging only a third of the nightly price."

"We did not have a good experience here. The cleaning staff was overwhelmed and under staffed, our room smelled bad when we arrived and no alternative room was available. The staff that was there tried to help but the room was uncomfortable and the building we stayed in was not well maintained."

"Great location and close to everything"

"NA"

"The place was easy to find and the area was mostly quiet. Parking is a bit hard to find when you arrive in the evening. We had to go up the stairs for our room so keep that in mind with your luggage and if you don’t do well with stairs. The room was maintained although the sheets did have some stains. They offer free coffee and tea in the lobby and had a cute cat."

"convenient to dining and trails"
