"Everything was perfect. Curtains on bunk beds. This isn’t a social hostel, so if you’re looking to relax and not socialize, this is the hostel for you. I especially liked the free breakfast, it wasn’t some cheap store bought bread and some Nutella. There were scrambled eggs, sausages and freshly cut tomatoes. "It's the same hostel as Naples Experience. The room I booked was overbooked and when I got back to the room someone's stuff was on my bed and my stuff had been moved, I convinced a couple to sleep together so I could have a place to sleep. Later in the night they tried to put 2 more people in the already full room and woke me up at 2am to ask which beds are free, none of them ovi. The next day they moved another bunk bed into the room so it doesn't matter which room you book or how many beds it...

"Did not email access code as promised. No AC as promised. No sheets or blankets only a bare matress. No towels for hire, so no shower. Over a busy noisy road. When I aseld for access code to get in staff was rude and said it was after 8pm (i followed the check in instructions on expedia) so they shouldnt have to let me in. "We stayed 3 nights and it met all our requirements and more! I slept on the pull out sofa which was very comfortable . Lots of space to put our things. There is a terrace across the apt with chairs and a table etc. none of us were familiar with Naples and the flat is in really good neighbourhood. A very nice touch was a voucher for morning coffee and croissant at nearby cafe. The communication upon arrival was prompt, clear and all very professional . 5⭐️"

"The hostel is very central with a friendly staff. It's an old building so dont expect super fancy, expect cosy and homey. The rooms are large and clean, same with the kitchen. The showers are busy especially now when its super hot, so they are not the cleanest at all times, but I think they are cleaned daily, or even several times a day. Beds are very comfortable too. Overall a very nice stay and a very good hostel for the price! "

"First of all, the website lies. The free breakfast sucked, literally just stale toast. You don’t get the welcome package the website details. Or a towel at all. They also didn’t keep track of what room people were staying in so when my group got there they put us in one room, then came in 5 minutes later and told us we had to move. We finally got situated into a room, and another group of girls told us their room had bed bugs. Luckily we didn’t see any in our room... but it was still really...

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great for visiting the ruins and taking a trip up Vesuvius and the staff couldn't have been nicer. The room was basic but clean and well presented and the grounds of the hostel were lovely. I'd highly recommend a stay here."
