Location is convenient to train station and metro so was super easy to get around. Some nice neighborhood restaurants. Laundry room in lower level a big plus. Free water, espresso, tea, croissants and cookies were a nice touch. Only drawback is that area around hotel itself is not very busy with pedestrians at night so felt a little isolated at night. The reservation manager, Matam (I hope I spelled his name correctly) was extremely friendly and helpful! Recommended several restaurants nearby that were pretty incredible! He also called several companies until he found one that would actually pick us up at 4:30am to drive us to the airport! "

"The location was amazing (we were in the building in front of the duomo). Even though we were on the 6th floor, there was noise from the street of the tram that works all night. Even with windows closed- it is still loud. We are deep sleepers so it was ok, but if you are a light sleeper- it will definitely bother you.
