"This is our third time staying at Whiteside Villa but certainly not our last. In a prior review I said this is where rock stars and movie stars go to for a retreat. There is really no way to adequately describe this home. Its an architectural gem. The views are simply stunning with long range layered views that are changing constantly. Poor customer service.
"The woman who checked us in was very rude. We love staying at your hotel and I requested a room with a balcony. This was the second time that my request was not acknowledged but after some heated exchanges the lady finally gave me a room with a balcony. The room had a leaking commode and I tried to report it but the clerk spoke such broken English that it was hard for her to understand what i was trying to tell her. This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel because of its location on the river is so relaxing but when you have to experience what we did it’s had to want To go back. "
