"We stayed at Karen's home for three nights in mid-April and while the weather was too cold to sit outside and enjoy the patio and dock, we still found it to be calming and gorgeous just sitting in the living room and watching the water view. The house is clean, the kitchen is fully stocked, the beds are comfortable, and Karen had left towels and treats for our dog, which made us feel very welcome. The house is a short driving distance from Naragansett Bay, Newport, Jamestown and from some lovely restaurants, beaches, and walking trails. We hope to be back again. "

"A homey and cozy house for 4-5 people. Location is prefect for area beaches, restaurants and hiking trails. The kitchen was fully stocked and comfy decor. "

"I must be honest, I wasn’t the one staying there, but live in the area. I got there before my daughter and her family arrived and it was clean with a lovely welcoming sign. Everything you needed was there. The only unwelcome thing was the blizzard. The house is great in a super area and I can only imagine how great it would be to sit on the deck and walk to the beach. What I will say is the host is AMAZING. I had to constantly change check out dates, had lots of questions since I wasn’t staying there and she was quick to answer, so sweet and willing to help with anything. Nice place in a super area. "

"House is very pretty and spacious.Communication could have been better. I used the VRBO portal to try to resolve a miscommunication two days before arrival and it took a day and a half to receive a response. Host told me I should have texted him but I was never provided his phone number.There are 5 heat pumps/AC split system units but only one controller provided. This negates the feature of having guests be able to independently set temperatures to be comfortable in the lower level. Be prepared to bring extra towels - only 1 bath towel (old and tired) provided per guest and one hand towel per bathroom. "

"We had a wonderful time at this house. The hosts were so welcoming - local drinks waiting on arrival and everything we needed for our stay (including beach chairs, towels, toys, etc). The house was so clean and we loved the backyard. It's on a busier road but you don't even notice when sitting out back enjoying the fire pit. We ate every meal on the patio. Thanks for such a wonderful time! "

"Only one tv for 6 people, no internet or tv service for first 24 hours. Had to use our own streaming services to watch anything. No lamps on bedside nightstands. Some windows didn’t open. Screened porch was in a state of disrepair. Limited kitchen utensils. Thankfully the kids enjoyed the pool and play area in yard. Personally I would rather stay at a Marriott."
