"Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Basic no frills hotel. Road construction just outside so all night I could hear those noises. Fine for a one night stay on a road trip."

"What a nice place to stay! It’s a full two bedrooms, and one of the bedrooms has two full size beds separated by a curtain. The other bedroom is fully private. The one bathroom is clean and comfortable. Don’t expect much in the way of kitchen facilities: there’s a dorm-sized fridge with small freezer compartment, and a microwave. The coffee maker is a Keurig type and they provide a small supply of coffee pods. But downtown Ithaca, namely the Commons, is about a 10 minute walk away, so very convenient. In all, this is a fine spot for a stay in beautiful Ithaca and the Finger Lakes."

"The house was perfect and exactly as listed! The hosts have done a wonderful job of paying attention to the small details that add up to a great experience. From the almond pastry and local coffee that greeted us, to plenty of towels and linens and chocolates on the nightstands, it was an inviting and peaceful place to stay. The location can’t be beat. A quick walk from the house up the Cascadilla Gorge trail puts you right in the heart of Cornell’s beautiful campus. There’s also many delicious restaurants within walking distance. Everything we wanted to do was a short drive from the property. Would absolutely stay here again."
