Second time staying here! Staff is so friendly and willing to help. Room is much nicer than expected however, both times there were other people’s hair in shower and this time “chest hair” on the tissue box cover on the toilet tank.

Wonderful front desk person (I should’ve taken her name!) Super impressed with room decor, bed was more comfortable than “big name” hotels. Unfortunately, they were understaffed in regard to housekeeping but they responded quite quickly when asked for fresh towels, etc! Definitely could use an elevator.

Room seemed in need of touchups-rusty towel hooks, paint peeling. No safe and microwave was a bummer. While bed is comfy pillows get flat really easy. Also it was chilly in the room if you weren’t in the direction of the heat. Staff was nice and accommodating.
