The rooms and hotel were very clean and all the amenities were on the newer side. The only issue I had was with the airport shuttle. It only is available if there are enough staff and I was told “do you know what uber is?” By one of the staff members in a very condescending way when I enquired about reserving a shuttle to the airport for an early flight. They need to communicate and maybe even not offer an airport shuttle if it is this disorganized.
