The Statler Hotel at Cornell University
Very nice, and the location was literally on the Cornell campus, but breakfast and parking were not included (and are expensive).

Ithaca Marriott Downtown on the Commons
Great room, great hotel/airport shuttle, great front desk staff, and great bar staff. Really enjoyed the Stout beer they have on tap.

Sun Filled & Cheerful Apartment by Cornell Campus - Northeast Ithaca
Very clean, comfortable, well-outfitted apartment in a location that worked perfectly for our needs. Hosts were friendly and responsive, bed was great, kitchen had everything we needed. We would certainly stay here again!
