"This house was so cozy and in the most PERFECT location. It was quaint and nicely decorated. There was a large picnic table outside, a hammock underneath the house, and a bigger couch than were pictured in the listing, so that was a pleasant surprise. The beds were all very comfortable. The bedrooms were a little cramped, but we spent all our time outside so that didn't really matter to us. This house has the best rinsing station as you come up from the beach onto the deck. It was so easy to use and rinse the sand off everything, wash our dog, etc. Some things were not quite as pictured and might affect the way you pack. There were not dog food bowls or chairs around the fire pit, as pictured. The refrigerator in the laundry room was very dirty both inside and out so we didn't use it. Many beach houses have a stash of beach towels and chairs, but this one did not, so bring your own. There was also no starter roll of paper towels and each bathroom had only half a roll of toilet paper, which didn't feel very hospitable as most rentals provide more than that. My only complaint is that the bunkbed room had dirty bedding when we arrived. The previous renters must have had a black lab because the two bottom bunks were covered in dog hair, even the sheets. I had to go buy detergent to wash the bedding the same day we arrived, which was not ideal but sometimes the case in pet-friendly rentals. Overall we loved the house and would stay here again."

"Very clean and loved being right on the beach! We were told there are going to be some nice upgrades for 2026! The property is a little dated, however, great staff and communicates well about any question you may have! Booking again soon!"

"The only down side we found several roaches in our apartment and the pool in the apartment side needs some major renovation. The other pool by the restaurant is amazing and the staff and the restaurant it’s amazing."

"Host was very accommodating to do a Sunday through Saturday stay. The home has perfect views of the gulf from both balconies. The kitchen was great for cooking a few meals in during the week. The home is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The only con would be that the fourth upstairs bedroom doesn’t have a door so noise from the main level carries up the steps. Highly recommend and will definitely be back. "
