The valet attached to the hotel is separate from the hotel even though I suggest using iparkit.com to book ur parking unless ur ok paying triple the price for a not so great Service. Even if ur the only one asking for your vehicle plan to wait 25 min or to get your car. And don’t lose ur ticket. It’s a very faulty system out to get u to pay max rates should u lose ur ticket. Having to wait almost 30 min is highly inconvenient "

"I really wanted to give this hotel a good rating but unfortunately a lot went awry. When their policies are sent,as well as when you check in, you are threatened with, "even if we smell a scent of smoke in your room, you will be charged $100". Not only did my room smell of marijuana but the entire hallway. I did go to the front desk to get additional washcloths and informed the front desk assistant and there was absolutely no concern or anything done about it. Our bathroom sink did not drain, the outlet by the sink did not work and the worst of it all there was no hot water for showers, lukewarm at best. When we notified the front desk the manager on duty came up to "apologize" and told us that unfortunately, sometimes these things happen. He was going to try and get a room cleaned for us to go in and take showers but we did not have time to wait. I did a sponge bath with the lukewarm to cool water and by the time I was done, which was pretty quick, I had water up pass my ankles. The rooms are quaint, the hotel is historical but it sits facing a highway. Fortunately, we did not hear the traffic. I would not recommend. "
