We LOVED having our own personal parking space literally right outside our door. Be sure to read about the history of Carmel River Inn and Cottages--totally fascinating! We will definitely be returning."

"Charming little inn located in walking distance to the beach, shops and eateries. We loved our stay here and appreciated the continental breakfast. The room we chose with a king bed did not have AC but we didn’t find that to be an issue. The weather was perfect for keeping the window open and the front desk provided a fan upon request. Staff were friendly and kind. "

"The view to the ocean, from the ocean view room, is amazing. I would also recommend having breakfast at the restaurant for the food (suggest the eggs Benedict and the French Toast), and again the view."
