"Very basic but clean room. Staff were very friendly and helpful . There's plenty of free parking. The breakfast was good value and fresh."

"Not a great experience, on arrival to check in there were hundreds of people, the noise was horrendous, I struggled to hear the staff member checking me in. The room had a few issues with lack of cleanliness. "

"Very disappointed with the parking, we were charged an additional £20+ just to park our car, after already paying in full for the room. Furthermore, we had a room with a “double bed” which was as many hotels have, two single beds put together. This was not done well and we found a huge gap in the middle of both beds throughout the night, causing us to push the beds back together only for it to happen 2 hours later in the night. Disappointment based on the quality of the rooms and the hotel location which really makes you think this hotel is worthwhile."

"When searching for the room I stated that I would be travelling with my son. We got to the where there was a double bed and a blow up bed. I asked the host for a duvet and pillow. Response there are two pillows on the bed just use one of those and for a duvet we were presented with a base sheet and a cover for a duvet. We attempted to blow the bed up to find it was a double and as there was hardly enough room for a single it was of no use. Even though I had been in regular contact with the host. The shared bathroom with other rooms was showing its age. The paint was peeling off the walls and drapes were used to cover this up. I would not recommend this room to anybody and I will not be using this again. "
