"Second Stay as wonderful as the first"

"There were some small issues with the cabin, but nothing that made us want to leave. I informed the company and they were very responsive. Its a cute cabin and loved the cabin theme throughout. We had a great time as a family and enjoyed our stay and loved utilizing the porch area. Very cute cabin."

"My husband and I spent the weekend at the Elwood Escape for our wedding anniversary. We really enjoyed the set up of the home and we spent a lot of time in the back yard by the fire pit. We took advantage of the hikes and were able to bring our small dog with us. We also loved that one of the restaurants/bar was across the street from the home and were able to walk to the location. Over all we enjoyed this nice quiet escape from the city."

"We scheduled this trip for our 10 year wedding anniversary. We brought our 2 dogs and they enjoyed as well. There really isn't much to do so i wouldn't recommend taking small children. It was exactly what we were looking for though, rest and relaxation."

"The property was clean, checking in and out was easy. We wish we would have known that the bedrooms were as small as they were (the bed is too small for two adults), more blankets on the beds would be good too. Also, propane tanks were empty as a result we couldn't grill or use the outside fireplace (that was a bummer). However, would consider renting it again!"

"Security at the entrance was challenging, however, as a single woman, I felt safe because of it. Cabin is Beautiful & Immaculate. Needed more time to become more familiar with the area. "We stayed several days for a wedding with our son the groom and several of his groomsmen. The house is large and was great for hosting our group. For the size the house is very clean and has anything you need for cooking or enjoying your stay. The weather wasn’t great and we were gone a good bit but the hot tub was a hit and also the basement area which had 4-5 beds and pool table which was nice for the groomsmen not to mention the other 4 bedrooms.
