"Second Stay as wonderful as the first"

"This cabin was perfect for our family for a long weekend. During the day we had access to multiple swimming pools and lake-front beaches, with beach toys and floaties provided in the shed. At night we enjoyed grilling our dinner and making use of the fire pit in the front yard (especially after the kids were in bed). This was really ideal for our first vacation in the Poconos and we would definitely come back."

"Overall, it was a very nice experience and the owners did an excellent job of making the cabin feel very homely. The cabin and property are so beautiful and everything from food, towels, firewood, and more were so kindly provided for us. We only had a couple minor complaints. The kids were excited about the treehouse but that was under construction and we were not made aware until we arrived on the property. Also, the AC was not set up before we arrived, so it was hot at night when we were...

"We had a wonderful two night stay at The Rex! I loved the stylish design aesthetic of the hotel and the attention to detail. We were there for the eclipse, and we appreciated that they left us a welcome gift with eclipse glasses and a cute little reusable tote. Each room has their own fire pit, and we made s’mores each night. We hiked allover Promised Land State Park which was accessible on-site at The Rex. We plan to go back! "

"We had a great time at this house. It was a last minute getaway for my wife’s birthday. Debbie the property owner contacted me immediately after booking and made the process so simple. She even bought my wife a cake and left in the refrigerator for us when we arrived! The house is awesome and it is an awesome location. Would absolutely rent from Debbie again. I highly recommended this property anytime of year."

"The property was clean, checking in and out was easy. We wish we would have known that the bedrooms were as small as they were (the bed is too small for two adults), more blankets on the beds would be good too. Also, propane tanks were empty as a result we couldn't grill or use the outside fireplace (that was a bummer). However, would consider renting it again!"

"Security at the entrance was challenging, however, as a single woman, I felt safe because of it. Cabin is Beautiful & Immaculate. Needed more time to become more familiar with the area. The girls (friends since 1st grade) both want to return. I'll be planning our next trip soon & so will my buddies who want to return with their families. Thank you Charles !"

"This was a great getaway for our family. It had something for everyone: double bunk beds and lots of games for the kids, a kitchen with all the amenities for the adults and 360 degrees of beautiful nature all around. Our only complaint is that the property manager didn't get back to us about a question until the day before we left. At that point he happened to mention that we shouldn't use the fireplace. That would have been good to know going into the trip. Otherwise, a great time was had."

"For a weekend away it was perfect. The property manager was great with questions. Like we had issues turning on the stove top. And he walked us through it. Only things I wasn't a big fan of the pictures of the basement make it look tall it really wasn't. Perfect for kids area or short adults."

"We stayed overnight to prepare for a friends bridal shower. The kitchen was well stocked for us to cook our own meal, there was plenty of seating to enjoy said meal together and the space was terrific for entertaining. We spent a ton of time in the hot tub which was in great shape and very clean. The beds were really comfortable which made the stay even better as many of us traveled quite a distance. The hosts were very responsive to questions and requests. We can't wait to come back!"
