Bathroom was disgusting. Lots of hair in the shower and on the floor. Room smelled musty. We heard lots of noise from other guests all night long and what sounded like a dog howling for a few hours.the continental breakfast was stale cereal and pre packaged muffins.

We had to cancel due to a family emergency and was told that we would NOT be charged. But YOU DID so a dispute had to be filed to get our money back. If this is how you handle business I will make to NEVER consider your hotels again

To much smoking allowed on the premises right out front of the main entrance and also at the secondary entrance the smell of smoke was always in the lobby and back hallway
