"Good stay in a recently refurbished hotel I had a good stay at Hotel Medona in Pula. The hotel has clearly been recently refurbished and is in excellent condition. Everything felt fresh, modern and well maintained, which made for a very pleasant stay. The staff were another highlight. Everyone I encountered was friendly, welcoming and very helpful, which made the experience even more enjoyable. There were a couple of minor downsides. I found the bed to be quite hard, so unfortunately I didn’t have the best night’s sleep. The breakfast was also fairly basic, although there was enough to start the day and it was perfectly adequate. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and felt the hotel offered a comfortable and pleasant experience. With a slightly softer bed and a little more variety at breakfast, it would be even better."

"Lobby and bar are gorgeous. Breakfast buffet is very high quality with a gorgeous overlook of the city. Only complaint is that the room was a little small."

"Staff was really lovely and welcoming to us and let us check in 30 minutes early as the room was ready. Breakfast was good in the morning lots of options. House keeping was very friendly. However our room had a weird hand print on the wall that was kind of red/dark. The beds are very uncomfortable and springy. You can hear every single person in the hallway which makes it hard to sleep. There was also a weird clicking sound in the room that would go off. Besides that it’s an excellent location it’s close to Bari/monopoli/arberobello etc."

"Excellent hotel. Facilities annd room's are really good and very clean. Lovely pool. Good restaurant in hotel but no other options close by. Location is ok but would not walk into town and back of an evening going through the underpass by the station. So taxi both ways. It’s ok during the day but not a pleasant walk."

"I arrived late at night for a one night stay, shuttle service was excellent, as was check in. Breakfast had a good choice of food and the tables were cleared very fast as people left."
