"Overall a nice experience. A couple of observations though: the room sevice breakfast was cold and you needed to call and ask for butter for your toast. For a 5 star establiahment, it should be a given and provided with your breakfast including a selection of jams, jellies or spreads . Another criticism is that different staff constantly asked if everythjng was okay every few minutes while i was having dinner in the tea rooms. This became very annoying. "Hotel provided upgrade to suite after previous stay was less than comfortable. Staff were amazing and the room was very spacious and comfortable. Small issue with the TV which would not stay off, lighting up the bedroom randomly. Had to disconnect the power. Maintenance not able to resolve."

"We booked the entry level room category which was still nice & spacious. Bathroom, carpet & walls looked clean, our bed throw had a few stains but the bed sheets and pillows were pristine white and smelled clean. Shower head is set pretty high up, I could just reach it, lol. But water pressure was good and there's lots of space on the bathroom vanity to spread out your product if needed. "We had a lovely stay. Rooms were large and clean. Hotel was quiet and easy to get to. We didnt have a lot to do with many staff, but those we did were excellent. Would stay again! "

"We've stayed in the apartments here before, so a repeat visit is a recommendation. It's reasonably close to family, and is well set up. Since our last visit quite a while ago, they are now asking not only for the dishes to be washed up before leaving (not an issue) but for the rubbish to be taken out. Given that the motel accommodation does not have to do this, I object to doing the work of the room cleaners when this would be included in the room rate. We visited in June, and the weather...
