"Spacious rooms and the balcony rooms were a breath of fresh air. Parking while a function is on was a bit of a let down, especially with a baby, but they came to the rescue and solved that problem for us which was excellent!!"

"Despite having booked Citystyle Executive in Braddon and checking that we had a 2b2b unit, we were emailed with less than 48 hours notice that we had been moved to another apartment 500 m away which was a 2b2b. We were told that the Braddon site had no 2b2b units at all. Whilst we got an appartment which suited, there was a water leak in the bathroom, damaged blinds and a lack of security locks to keep the sliding exterior doors open and secure. We did however love the location and Canberra"

"When I first checked in, I felt like I was interrupting the staff. There was nothing welcoming about it. Also the bedding arraignment was not what I requested. The cups in the cupboard were chipped and one was dirty. "

"Amazing customer service. Staff were very nice, they charge for parking but worth the extra $15. Room windows were super dirty but my room didn’t have a view so wasn’t a issue "

"Very good value for money. The room was much more spacious than expected and it was absolutely spotless.The bed was very comfortable,the shower was hot and the kitchenette was a bonus.Loved the hot chocolate sachets & the kit kats! Would definitely stay again."
