"THe unit is neat and tidy . However expect a granny flat in the back of a very unkept back yard . Electrical switch not working and potentialy dangerous . Tv does not work ,very limited stations . Netflix controler has no bateries . Any dish cleaning must be done in bathroom sink . Poor comunications ,and or confused comunications between the two owner /mangers . Make sure you confirm everything . Its proibably the cheapest in Canberra ,so you get what yoiu pay form . A comfortable and safe...

"キャンベラのシティからバスまたはタクシー。中心部から約６キロくらいの住宅街。冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、ポップアップトースター、包丁ナイフスプーン完備。 スーパーまで歩いて約１０位。近隣にレストランコンビニなしです。 民博のような感じでした。玄関とかありません。ロビーもありません。ホテルの方もいません。 エアコンは自分でコントロールできません。寒かった。 バスタブのない部屋でした。 シャワーは最初は調子よかったのですが、２０分くらいで水になりました。冷たかったです。洗面台はシンクでした。服などを洗うのにはちょうどいい深さです。 隣の部屋へ通じるであろうドア（ドアノブが外されてる）の鍵穴から隣が見えるのと、声が聞こえてきます。 無線wifiは快適に使えました。 ベッドもテーブルも快適でした。"

"Overall a great stay. But the bathroom floor has a small step up above the kitchen floor. It should have a yellow strip in the doorway to indicate different floor level as this can be a bit of a trip hazard especially at night if you get up to use the toilet."

"Room was very clean tidy, even with some renovations going on in the property. Loved the pantry to get food from and being able to do washing and cooking was excellent. Wpud definitely stay again"
