"Overall a nice experience. A couple of observations though: the room sevice breakfast was cold and you needed to call and ask for butter for your toast. For a 5 star establiahment, it should be a given and provided with your breakfast including a selection of jams, jellies or spreads . Another criticism is that different staff constantly asked if everythjng was okay every few minutes while i was having dinner in the tea rooms. This became very annoying. "We booked the entry level room category which was still nice & spacious. Bathroom, carpet & walls looked clean, our bed throw had a few stains but the bed sheets and pillows were pristine white and smelled clean. Shower head is set pretty high up, I could just reach it, lol. But water pressure was good and there's lots of space on the bathroom vanity to spread out your product if needed. Our room was on level 2 and didn't get any disturbances from the wedding party down stairs. The wilson...

"We were left waiting for 2 hours because our room was not ready, however the staff were very helpful and courteous. The room was nice. We had a good deal with breakfast and parking included in the price. We loved the bar, dim lighting throughout and pool facilities. We would stay there again. "
