"The room itself was nice and had been recently updated. There’s no door on the shower so water gets everywhere and cleaners don’t come everyday. When we booked it said breakfast was included and once we arrived at the property the receptionist said breakfast was not included despite us showing him that all rooms have breakfast included and that I couldn’t actually make a booking without breakfast however, he wasn’t interested and just said breakfast wouldn’t be included. "The property is small so it’s very homely! Mr Ali and Mr Jesmine did everything to make our stay comfortable! The staff are very kind friendly helpful and generous ! The breakfast was simple and modest. The rooms were cleaned every day and we were able to get our laundry done daily thanks to Madonna the house keeper! "Good location, nice friendly staff, very helpful. Good size room and the bathroom was a very good size. Very good value for money! The fact that the room was in a different building to the actual hotel. The entrance was very run down and had a very distinctive smell that slightly put me off. It was advertised as 3 beds but we got one double bed and a sofa bed."

"Nice young man, I think the son of owners helped me up a narrow staircase with my luggage. The room was a reasonable size for being in the heart of Istanbul, and was nice, had a fridge (with 2 bottles of water) table & chairs and a comfy bed and a good AC. The area is very convenient to the heart of Istanbul, close to Galata tower, Galata port and near the Trams to cross the river to see the Mosques and more in the old town, also close to the ferries to lots of places. The Metro is a 10 min walk...
