"We only see each other at weddings and wanted to get together for a longer time (without children because it's impossible to arrange it with my grand children whose ages range from 8-29. This requires accommodating spouses or older children). We had a great time. Ashville was great to walk around and has good restaurants. We spent a day visiting the Smoky Mountain National park, and a day at the Biltmore. The SunnySide was great, perfect for us. Close to downtown and easy to get to."

"There were 5 of us-my husband and I and our two adult daughters and a son-in-law met up for a mini-reunion. Orange Blossom Special was an ideal place to stay for us. Each bedroom having its own bathroom made getting ready each morning quick and easy, and the downstairs space with oversized couch and dining table made hanging out together watching hockey playoffs and playing games fun and comfortable! Wi-fi was strong, the little restaurant at the bottom of the hill (The Village Porch) had good...

"This place is in a super location..just a short drive to downtown Asheville. It had everything we needed and the layout was great. We all agreed we would stay here again."

"This property was well appointed, clean, comfortable and in the middle of all the locations we wanted to visit in the Highlands/Cashiers area. We primarily stay in rental properties when we travel. With this property, the owners thought of everything so I suspect they also travel and have a travelers perspective. Bottled water in the refrigerator, several types of coffee makers, large comfortable beds, strong WiFi, menus from local restaurants, all sorts of travel size items in the bathrooms...

We sat on the balcony with light wraps and enjoyed the candle lit lanterns in the fading twilight; prepared breakfast in the well equipped kitchen; and relaxed in the living room on cozy couches. Peaceful sleep on comfy beds in our separate bedrooms.Nearby Ingles market had everything needed for our stay."

"Little Sparrow was just right for us. We were in town for our son's track meet at UNCA. The campus was only 8 minutes away, and the house was wonderful. I agree with the comments of another reviewer who said it was even nicer in person. The house was immaculate and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked, and the hot tub and back porch were really nice. I will definitely stay at Little Sparrow next time I am in Asheville."

"What place to kick back and enjoy the sound of the river wisking by and the crackiling of the great fireplace. We had a group of nine (over 60 in age each) that has gone over 30+ yrs for once a year long weekend trips to Blue Ridge Smokies. This stop was a great place for out group. House was plenty big enough. The owner and property helpers we quick to fix a couple of issues when we arrived. But overall, the old house did us well once we got used to the little qwerks all houses seem to have....

"This is a new concept. Electronic reservations and check in. The room was well appointed, clean, quiet and close to downtown and well priced. I would stay at Kasa again."
